鏈聞消息，波卡創始人 Gavin Wood 發推稱，Westend Perma 測試網已部署首條平行鏈「Shell」，之後將在 Kusama 和波卡上部署。Gavin Wood 此前在 Web3.0 訓練營開幕儀式上表示，Kusama 會在一週內上線第一條平行鏈 「Shell」。
