本週總部位於新加坡的視頻流媒體網站 HOOQ 的幾位主要股東代表訪問了 XChain, 雙方就大數據在視頻流媒體的技術應用和發展前景展開探討

Several major shareholder representatives of HOOQ,a Singapore-based video streaming website, visited XChain this week,and the two sides discussed the technology application and development prospects of big data in video streaming

HOOQ 是一家按需視頻流媒體平臺 , 成立於 2015 年 , 由 Singtel(新加坡最大的電信公司), 索尼影視娛樂和華納兄弟共同投資 7000 萬美元組建 , 總部位於新加坡 .HOOQ 首先在菲律賓 , 泰國和印尼推出 ,2016 年在新加坡推出 ; 此外在印度也有運營 .HOOQ 注重提供本地內容 , 會有本土自制節目 , 還提供印尼語字幕 , 允許用戶可以下載一般畫質或高清內容

HOOQ is an on-demand video streaming platform founded in 2015 by Singtel (Singapore\’s largest telecommunications company),Sony Pictures Entertainment and Warner Broswith a total investment of US$70 million and is headquartered in Singapore.HOOQ was first launched in the Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia, It launched in Singapore in 2016,and operated in India as well.HOOQ focuses on providing local content,local homemade programs,and Indonesian subtitles,allowing users to download general quality or high-definition content

本次討論 , 大家以電商平臺爲例 , 給出了一些解決方案 . 衡量電商的消費者是否對促銷敏感 , 主要是通過他的歷史訂單裏促銷優惠的比例來判斷 . 一般我們認爲 , 用戶的含促銷訂單比例越高 , 敏感度越高 ; 促銷金額比例越大 , 敏感度越高 . 結合消費者在某段時間在網站上的消費行爲 , 能夠從數據層面理性的探查出消費者的購買力情況和對促銷敏感度 . 根據上述指標 , 就可以爲用戶建立模型了 , 再根據模型輸出的結果 , 應用到各個實際的業務場景中

In this discussion,we took the e-commerce platform as an example and gave some solutions.Measure whether e-commerce consumers are sensitive to promotions, mainly by the proportion of promotional offers in his historical orders.In general,we believe that the higher the proportion of users with promotional orders,the higher the sensitivity;the greater the proportion of promotional funds,the higher the sensitivity.Combining the consumer\’s consumption behavior on the website at a certain time, it is possible to rationally explore the purchasing power of the consumer and the sensitivity to the promotion from the data level.According to the above indicators,the model can be built for the user, and then applied to each actual business scenario according to the output of the model
